Our mission doesn’t involve following trends or copying what’s happening elsewhere - we believe in transforming ordinary occasions into extraordinary experiences, through getting to know you personally and understanding what brings you and your guests joy. Rupa et Ruba began with two people who believe in celebrating life and giving back to those around them. And we believe that making memories with the people you care about, in the most amazing ways possible, is the best way to do this.
We also know that not everyone gets to celebrate life in the way that they'd like. Which is why when we started this business, we decided to do something different. We decided that giving back to the community should be at the very heart of what we do.
We believe that everyone should get a slice of the joy we hope to deliver. So when you work with Rupa et Ruba, we make a promise that for every event we curate, a portion of the proceeds will go to a charity or cause of your choice.
Not only that, but we believe in spreading the beauty we create through our events. Once your event has ended, the flowers from our installations will be gathered, refreshed and delivered to assisted living homes, hospitals and other charitable organizations. Through the simple act of giving flowers, we aim to spread the same joy, love and kindness that we hope to give our clients.

Holding nearly three decades of experience in the luxury perfume industry, Roopa’s work in events is inspired by fashion, glamor, interior design and art. With her attention to detail and a flair for beautiful concepts, Roopa creates events like a designer creates clothes; with love and expression.
Continuously exceeding expectations, Roopa delivers personalised and unique events with an unmatched level of inspiration, imagination and innovation, to create a bespoke experience in entertaining.
Pairing with her long time friend and business partner - Ruba Baroudi, together their expertise and passion for beautiful experiences results in events that captivate their guests’ senses and leave them in awe.

Ruba’s passion for amazing experiences has been with her for as long as she can remember. From a young age her family hosted carefully crafted dinner parties, with her grandmother teaching her the etiquette of using napkins as well as the details that go into decorating dining tables.
In later life Ruba moved into building a professional career in luxury brands, working with Restoration Hardware and LVMH. Ruba’s many years have given her a talent for deeply understanding beauty and her passions give her the structure, professionalism and engagement to create events and projects that are wonderfully unique and perfectly executed. Ruba’s mission is simple: To help people create real moments built around timeless memories.
